And the lead scientist? Who confiscated his paperwork after his death, I read, was Trumps uncle.

Cue twilight zone music.
But the weird thing is, it was discovered in a box next to Biden’s corvette.

(just kidding!)

It's all about field interactions.

Matter isn't just made up of elements on the periodic table, and is about as good a description of matter in the universe as the one the Greeks used which was earth, fire, water and air. Ironically they were closer in that they at least believed in an aether (feild theory like Tesla did) which has become "a bad word" in scientific curriculum, thanks to Edison and his cronies trying to commercialise energy for profit.

Now nearly a hundred years later nobody blinks an eye when we put our cell phones down on a pad and wirelessly charge using field technology. Now we'll have EVs wirelessly charging.

But...did you know that with Teslas AC grid, the one that we use today, that you only need 1 wire coming from the generator and one copper stake into the earth to run all your appliances? There is no neutral back to the generator on any network, they all lead to ground. This system literally just one wire away from being wireless already. 🤪

This all seems a bit too logical if you think of a generator alternator as a "feild disruptor", that creates an artificial pressure on the aether and creates a potential difference in the feild which can then be transported via a cable to the user.

That is also maybe why florescent tubes light up without cables under transmission power lines?

Sounds dumb. Of all the places wireless charging would make sense it wouldn't be at home in your garage. Cost and efficiency would be detrimental. If anything it would be good for cars parked on the street that can't otherwise be charged.
Maybe NOT for every use case. But l imagine if you could have your ROBOTAXI return to 'base' to load up on electrons, and you're away or OPTIMUS is busy, then this 'edge case' makes me smile, from here to here(!)😊
Years ago l wrote about EVs in the 'village' parked in the street for all to use, and they would sit over wireless inductive charge pads so come the night, when the EVs are not being heavily used, they would help in the management of power to the homes. A VPP of sorts on wheels, always maintaining a sufficient state of charge based on the established/expected around the clock use by 'clients'..…Bring on FSD level 4 by December 31 2023 [On the other side of the coin, regulators might demand level 5 autonomy ]
California is my best bet for first place on the planet by said date, or if that is too enthusiastic, then any quarter next year. :)
