Time to get a new wife!Happy to see more Jan orders starting to get VIN. I already put 200 miles on my CT, and I am very happy with it. Best 20K spending so far (to justify the spending of 20K on FS version)
Pros
- 4 Wheels steering is game changer. Easy to turn even with its big size.
- Accelerating so fast even with AWD version. It is must faster than my previous Model 3 AWD.
- Roomy inside. The sound system is the best among Tesla cars.
- Front camera, ambient light, blind spot indicator LED so I don't feel missing those features on my recently delivered MXP.
Cons
- Too much attention when driving around, even parking at your home.
- Missing homelink.
- While the alignment is very good, there are multiple scratches on the taillights. Have appointment next week to replace the whole taillights.
- The SC (Stockton, CA) didn't do a good job preparing the truck before delivering to customer. Too much dust inside the trunk, even inside the car. Its built date is 02/21 but the VIN only assigned to me on 03/04 when it was in Mira Loma, CA.
The worst thing is my wife made it as her commuting car because she likes it so much. I can only drive MXP now
Mine was 1/17 and it said Jan-March delivery, still no VIN ?

I today join the 70 day club as I wait for a vehicle identification number to be assigned. Order date 1/10/24. Delivery would happen in Connecticut. It occurs to me that if it takes 6 months order-to-delivery, then I would get the truck on July 10. Now why does that date sound familiar? Oh yeah, my birthday. Waiting and whining. Oh, well. It’s gonna be awesome when I get it.
GM CG, I have a 1/1 order, but sadly and not surprisingly, it ain’t me. Still in VIN hell.
