OK! I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY CT!

Delivery was originally scheduled for Thursday March 28, however the night prior Tesla SA texted stating there was a light on the dash that needed checking. They ended up assigning a new CT for me (the new CTs VIN was 500 units higher at 41xx than my original CT at 36xx). I took Delivery yesterday, Sunday March 31 in Colma south of San Francisco.

I was REALLY impressed by the build quality. No wavy stainless panels, gaps and offsets are great.As a comparison, when we took delivery of our MYP a few years ago, I had a punch list of 13 items that needed addressing.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the package. This thing is beast and inspires invincibility complexes, yet drives in a docile manner. I got used to the steering within a few minutes. Simply incredible. The future is today, fellas.

Congrats. I’m happy to hear that you are liking your CT so far. Please give us as much info as you can. We all eagerly await our delivery dates

A little insight I learned with doing 3rd party fundning.

1. When you go to the finance portion of the final payment its not the most friendly. When it says to upload an image of proof of payment, you are supposed to upload a photo of your dealer funding request form.

2. once you have uploaded the dealer funding request form, you also must email it to [email protected]

I went through these steps on Friday at the service center when I finally got my VIN and now picking up my cybertruck this afternoon @ 4PM

Thanks for this. I sent a message to Tesla as it’s asking for a check number, the check total and a copy of the check. So based on what you posted, I sent them the email from by bank approving the loan, for CHECK # I put “NA”, and in the check amount I entered in the amount approved on the loan. Ill email it to the email you posted.

Normal Joe, for sure. No shareholder/referral acceleration. This will be my 4th Tesla, but that's about it!

Today, I now have my delivery location populated, but no VIN yet. Could this be happening? ?

I don't think it means anything to be honest. I've had my delivery location set for a while now. I think it depends on the address that you entered when you first put in your registration information.

Yeah, I think most have it in advance from what I've seen.

We shall see. I figure at least they know where they need to transport it to.

I will say though that I was able to get my delivery location changed from St. Louis to Houston because I have a second home there. The change was reflected in the app almost immediately. We'll see what happens.

I am just seeing CA and FL deliveries ... KS, VA, WV and many others .... no love ...

Maybe it is because the SC's are not trained. Maybe they just want to hang with that $1,000 longer. Think of that. In VA there are about 55,000 reservations. So that is $5.5M and if they have rolled what seems to be 10% to FS's that is another $5.5M ... so $11M from VA and zero trucks. Hmmm

In total, do the math for 2M CT's. What is the rush? Hint ... 20 x's $11M = $220M

Yeah i am kind of over CA, TX and FL getting love. Would be nice if they just paused those states for a bit andmaybe we get NY orders moving.
