Yeah, this leads me to believe the Tesla Semi could be around 24k lbs. Enclosed cargo trailers usually weigh around 15k lbs. Don't know how much a flatbed trailer weighs, but if around the same then 24k + 24k + 15k = 63k lbs total. I believe usual diesel trucks weigh around 20k lbs.He says the two together are 'between 60-70 thousand gross vehicle weight' when they first tow the truck.

They said it would be the same higher voltage system. We're carrying over our drive inverter from Cybertruck". Whatever that means.
Jay Leno is a turkey?I'm going to have to watch it again. So much to digest about the design, tech, and methodology.
I found the convo about the suicide door and which side the door hinge would be on and how it would effect the overall cab shape fascinating.
Jay Leno is a rare bird in the classic car world with his embrace and understanding on vehicle electrification. I'm really glad about being able to watch his videos and learn.
They weigh from 20-35k depending upon add-ons. CleanTechnica was estimating the weight of the Tesla Semi as 8000 pounds over the average.Yeah, this leads me to believe the Tesla Semi could be around 24k lbs. Half thatUp to 1,500 horse power depending on clients specs. Will we see a 1,500 HP Cybertruck?
I don't know about the full 1,500 HP but I think we could see more than the 1,020 HP of the Plaid. Usually the bottle neck is the battery and the larger pack on the Cybertruck should allow for higher power output than the Model S.Up to 1,500 horse power depending on clients specs.
