Well, it has varied historically. Usually employees get some amount of jump-ahead in the line especially on new lines because they can be held to NDAs. But the rumor is that was set years ago so whoever's getting them isn't a johnny come lately.

Just like us, many Tesla employees would have ordered that first day.
