Kayak rack for Cybertruck?

I thought about your point when I read this. But, rather than turn the kayak upside down on the rack, mount it right side up. Now you have the bow splitting the wind as it splits the water. Of course, there is still a range penalty, but it is likely to be leas than upside down,

What if it rains?

For a few dollars more buy a proper kayak rack and it is more secure. And there is room for two or a bike rack.

I hadn't seen this rendering before, pretty cool. With as tall as the Cyber truck is, that might present a bit of a challenge as well, the other rack looks like it's more for tools etc., useful, but unless they have other attachments to it, I don't see it working very well for a Kayak.

I am also looking for a good kayak solution for a CT (outside of strapping it in the bed). The rendering above is cool, until the CT is in motion, no straps!

The clamps on the bottom DO NOT fit around the OEM crossbars.... I've asked Thule for a solution.
