I wasn’t planning on handwashing this truck… I hope it’s ok to run through a car wash
What if you sprayed the entire truck with birdshit to get a busy almost instant patina? I don't want a coating or wrap or for it to look spotty.

Can someone do that?

It's my new business, called Birdshit Inc, where we use the latest tech to give the quickest patina in the nation. Our most popular coating is also the newest, called the Shatina. Don't pay any attention to our competitor, a shady outfit by the name of Crapola Industries. They're a buncha losers with lasers. Their idea is to laser the fecal matter patina onto the Cybertruck. Sheez.

This thing is meant to be wrapped, or preferably, PPFd. The bare stainless is going to look like trash in a few months if you don't take care of it. I predict a ton of bad condition Cybertrucks running around with people who just leave finger prints and bird turds on them.

That's another thing, bird droppings are going to etch the surface and leave permanent marks.
I'm not sure if your understand how stainless steel works. Take a look at commercial gutters sometime. We get 30+ years out of them looking great without ever getting washed once. Bird droppings and all.

Thank you for bringing everyone back down to Earth. It's stainless steel, folks. You don't have to do shit to it.

I think this combo did a Great job unifying all the panels together... now how do you seal it?!?

ProtectaClear! See our other threads, but we found the combo of Barkeepers Friend, Windex, Denatured Alcohol then coating with ProtectaClear looks amazing and keeps it looking that way. Will have pics up of a CT tomorrow 2/9 and application video up early next week.

Any issue using a powered 6-inch Random Orbital Waxer to apply the BKF? Or do you really need to do it all by hand to clean the steel?
