I added this to my service which is happening tomorrow. Service Tech confirmed its a known firmware issue and is currently under investigation, which should be resolved with an update coming out in the near future.

Just thought I'd share the news if anyone is concerned :)

Interesting. So does this mean it could be resolved with the over the air update?

Based on what service said, yes.

However, on a different note the service are marking all my service requests as 'resolved' and saying they can't replicate so I honestly don't know. Perhaps the tech on my service is either incompetent and don't know what resolved means or lazy and can't be bothered to triage.

Hmmm… I take issue with something being status resolved when the key card still doesn’t work.

do post if you get an update though, I’ll do the same

Is it just my CT or have others experienced this lately.?
When using the key card to lock/unlock your CT using the side pillar, seems lately that it is harder to do, like the reading strength has diminished. I have to try many times before it works.
Thanks for any feedback.
Yes mine just started doing this, too.

It fixed mine as well! So technically no issues since purchase.
I wish more Cybertruck owners who had no issues would report that non-event more often.

The way it stands, all people see are a bunch of (mostly) little niggling issues and that makes it sound like most Cybertrucks have problems.
