Hi all. I recently found that neither of my key cards are working.

I've tried all the videos online, both in vehicle and using app. It does look like 2 are registered from my delivery date last month, but I can't delete them or add them or use them.

Any thoughts?

Do they appear in the list of keys?
If they do, what happens when you present one to the driver's B column?
Are you dure that you know the correct 2 locations at which they do anything?

AFAIK, you can't see or do anything about the keys in the app, just the vehicle.

It is quite possible that they may not have been paired initially, after you setup your phone.

Yes
If they do, what happens when you present one to the driver's B column?

Nothing

Are you dure that you know the correct 2 locations at which they do anything?

Yes I believe the door and the charging pad.

If it helps I can't remove the keys either. Which would entail reading the card to delete.

Thanks for the help thus far.

Tesla Cybertruck Key cards not working {filename}

Cybertruck Owner's Manual: Keys

For the record, this is the keycard reader location.

If they're not being recognized at all, they may be faulty. Not much you can do other than open a service ticket, maybe they can send Mobile Service.

I verified both keys at delivery. I periodically test the one I keep in my wallet when I forget my phone, so far so good.

I have had a few key cards go bad on me in the past few years of owning Teslas. I haven’t taken them down to the SC I just ordered a new set for $35 and moved on.
I’m sure the SC would swap them out if you asked. But for me having the key cards go bad is something that I expect to happen and has happened to me. Just keep checking them from time to time.
My car wash guy likes if I can leave a card inside the car just in case the car wash mode stops. So every time we wash the cars I get to check the key cards. This is normal when I find out I have a bad one.

I took the keys to the dealership and they were bad keys. I can tell from the new ones that there was something wrong. You could sort of see the chip in the bad ones. Thanks all for the help!

Those look like they were exposed to excessive RF energy.
Not sure if this was the cause, but do not put both the keycard and phone on the center console charger simultaneously (ie card then phone). The phone charging feature overloads the key card.

Wow! Intriguing. It's possible I put my phone on the card they came in. They did put that card right in that spot both times, delivery and today.
