Looking for a mounted winch solution - ideas welcome and wanted!

Hey there!
So I’m looking to mount a winch on my truck, and I’ve been doing some digging and find several other trucks have them bt they all look like this:

so I guess my question is - other than that or the Unplugged option, has anyone done this on their own or come up with something?
