That was a different part. This is new/scary.

Nah this part was one of the first parts that was coming loose.. I know because I had it done in '24.. Reglued both, driver and passanger..

Must be a recall or should be, however I have been into service for other recalls and this wasn’t addressed or even brought up.
The wind was lifting it up when the truck was parked. Gorilla tape to the rescue for a quick bandaid until I can get it into service.
Love the truck, but Mother Nature has its way with it for sure.

Original owner YES. Did not get a sail recall, only the cant rail recall. If a sail recall was out wouldn’t service center complete that with the cant rail?
I did have the roll up bed cover repaired for water intrusion, they added a slat which is not the correct fix for the water intrusion. Do you think they may have disassembled the sail when they added another slat to the roll up cover, and possibly never secured it properly after the bed cover repair?

The only recall of body fascia has been the cantrail and this is not a cantrail.

I've had these replaced twice due to recalls even though I didn't have issues with the OGs
