Martian Wheels 18" Cyber Rover beadlock wheels on Cybertruck

I cancelled my 20” Martian wheels….no pics coming.

After almost 4 months of waiting after they originally told me 4-6 weeks to delivery, I couldn’t take the lies from Martian any longer.

I’ll have to go with the unplugged performance 20” bead locks instead.

Damn. Sucks to hear they can't get it together. I have a standing order as well. May just cancel it and go with something else, or wait a year to see what other new wheels come out.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I never heard of them before, but based off this thread was looking at some wheels on their site. Ended up finding a couple inexpensive accessories I happened to need so I ordered them. One month later after many emails, calls, I ended up with nothing. The product never shipped and I have yet to receive a refund. At this point I will feel lucky if I get my money back.

This will sound excessive without context. Keep in mind this is over a six week period for product that was listed as in stock. After a week from my initial purchase without contact I sent them an email through Shopify which was the payment vendor. They responded will ship in the next couple weeks. Waited another couple weeks. No shipping notifications, so I tried to reach them. No reply on Shopify. I tried Instagram without reply. Waited another week or so tried to call them a few times here and there no answer, no return call. I used the contact me option on their website to try to sort things out.

Long story, here's the end. They said they didn't have the product and would be another couple weeks and at this point it was just going to be forever.. like 2 months. They offered me a refund and I agreed to the refund.

They never issued a refund, and I had to go through the process of refusing charges.

The company seems legitimate and appears to make a good product, so I can only assume that they are experiencing some personal or financial unexpected issues. Who knows. Very odd experience.

I'm pretty sure the company is getting all its products from China. The wheels are from China. The bolts even came to me from China. That's probably why things are taking so long. I'm not saying they are not good products - they are. But I had more luck reaching out through the support link on their website. I did receive responses back from Drew directly, but it often took at least a week. He's likely overwhelmed with emails.

I ordered mine in September and got them in late October, but they were likely the first batch he made.

Yeah i remember you saying that. I ordered mine in late September and never got them, lol. Not sure about batches, you might have gotten the only “batch”

Dec. 12 I placed order when they claimed 4-6week leadtime.
Jan. 9th I asked if they were still on track to deliver soon. I was told there was a production delay on the hardware for the bead lock, so they are delayed but will ship in less than another month.
Feb. 20 Still nothing so I emailed and asked what was going on now. Same reason as claimed before, bead lock hardware production, but now it was going to be March sometime. I asked to just cancel the order.

Delays happen. I get it. And might have continued to been patient if it weren't for me seeing multiple others being strung along for much longer. I'm unconvinced it would actually ship next month.

Still love the look of the wheels, and the fact that they are forged. Don't care about the bead lock personally. May still purchase at a later date if they actually show "in stock" at some point, but surpassing more than double their original lead time (so far) and getting the same story as everyone else who's gone longer doesn't make me happy about them holding onto my money.
