Here's the way I did it via Tesla directions:

1. Start a service ticket. I put down Trim repair as mine and requested parts only.
2. Take pictures of where the part goes and the part. Doesn't hurt to have several pictures so they can figure out exactly what's broken.
3. They'll order the part and you can go pick it up.

Kind of easy once you figure out the process.

Or, if you aren't close to a service center, go to
parts.tesla.com and you can order it and have it shipped directly to your home.

Thanks. I was unaware of this. The SC told me to make an appointment and then request parts only. That way, they would see what parts I needed and could order them. It was for one of the little Aero things in front of the right rear tire in that case.

I haven’t found a way to order the parts from the parts catalog. Do you need a special account?

I bought one of these, and an extra right and left to have spares, after my wrap guy broke one off moving it in his shop. They were $40 in December..... they were rev C but still that's a lot of inflation!

Ordered online and they shipped to my house.

Seeing this thread and needing to order a part, I did so from parts.tesla.com, no problem. Just needed to log into my account, add the part to the cart, confirm address, and pay out.

I believe this was the accepted practice before the online parts catalog was available, and it still true for some parts that are not online.

Lost mine playing in the snow a few weeks ago. Worth the fun.

I tore mine off on a snow/ice bank, I had Tesla Service Center order the part for me and they schedule a mobile service. $40 for part and $27 for labor… total worth paying to have someone come to the house and just do it.

Well crap. Just like when the sports caster says "He has been perfect at this distance this season. Never missed an extra point."... dammit.

Pulling into my driveway, Fluffy cut it a little tight and the back right and "Rocker Fairing - Right Side" became a search in that parts catalog.

$15 part. $26 shipping.

Sigh... not worth a 3 hour round trip to avoid the shipping cost and I want to get the part back on soon.

I suppose I COULD wait for my recall for the lightbar bracket and get it done then but I'm impatient.

So, part inbound.
