I had a service yesterday October 31 on the Cyber to replace LH and RH sails along with new wiper blade motor, they also installed the newly designed wheel covers. The covers were shifted off from the tires and looked pretty bad , I realized that the covers are TWO pieces , take the inner ring off and install of wheel, you can then line up the wheel cover and match the tires. The cover stick off the tire a bit but I can live with that.
Great truck.
i just drove the truck in FSD ( 2024.33.15 FSD 12.5.5.2). a week ago for 7 hours , 450 miles with just one interaction because of major lane construction on I-10, very impressive. Picked up our Cyber in February .

So was your service for sail replacement and they just added the wheel covers? Or was wheel covers on service ticket originally?

Ok good to know because I was actually waiting for the email to install wheel covers before I set appointment for sail recall.

I was also in on 10/31 for the wiper motor and sail appliqués. Said wheel covers were not yet available for my VIN and that there is a sequence of two emails. The first everyone got late summer and the second is VIN specific alerting you when your covers are ready. Early June delivery here, so no covers on this visit. YMMV

What’s your VIN? I’m near 6700 and I just had service yesterday and my number wasn’t up yet.

I liked them, but opted to go without for the daily driving. Here's a few comparison shots of options.

Like both of the above, but opted for this

Wow. How do you drive that far without getting kicked out if FDS? I get warnings just by glancing at the rear view camera on my screen. I preordered my CB in Nov 2019, “upgraded” to FS, and am finally getting the wheel covers next week.

Everyone has their own opinion on what looks the best.

But how will not using them make me "better off"?

Look at my first picture , it took me awhile and hard work to remove the inner from the hub cap; there are seven clips that you have to manually open to get them apart, after you separate them install the inner ring into the wheel and then mount the hub cap to line up with tire. They don't make it easy but they won't fly off after install.

I think wheel covers are evil even though I currently have the core ones on. Looking for a decent set of center caps but my OCD is getting in the way.
