No Honeymoon for Cybertruck

Of the thousands that have been sold and delivered, I call BS. “Most have pieces of crap”. Get a grip. Sure you had one of their misses. But no manufacturer ever has that I am sure. The Lemon law only exists for Cybertrucks correct?

I have only had one issue and that was water in the tonneau/tailgait switch causing it to not work all the time, which they promptly fixed in the time for me to take the rental to chick fil a and back.

complaining about your experience is fine and warranted as is sounds rough, but speaking on behalf of 70k (or whatever) other Cybertruck owners is ridiculous
And yet I do. Officially nonetheless. Legally binding as well.

So, I took delivery of my Cyber on February 28th at the Irvine center in OC/CA. and let me tell you, Tesla delivery suck, they suck so bad, that I cannot recommend Tesla to anyone, (full disclosure, I have had 3 Teslas, and my security position is full on Tesla, I'm a massive fan of the company) but he company suck.

You cannot buy an $80K car and get not even a bottle of water or a cup of coffee when you take delivery, call me old school, but having some people "take care of you" is freaking peak human value and high quality of life, this is not, sucks ass.

The car is full of issues, alignments, inside trims off, a bolt came out while I'm driving, cracks and sounds from the dashboard, weird ultra high wind noises on speeds close to 80mph (annoying, can't hear anything) a bizarre motor whinning (other than the typical whine, which I love)... so on so forth, I, insisted to see someone before I took delivery and all that guys said: oh, take it home and open a service center issue, which I was going to punch him in the face for being so nonchalant and un-engaged....
I came home, I opened a ticket, now they coming on Tuesday to look and "fix things", so like I said, no honeymoon for the cybertruck....

My Tesla 3 2018 at the time was better than this, I'm sorry in this day and age, at that price, a little effort goes a long way, if Tesla doens't fix this car, I'm taking them to court, no joke, I have no elasticity on this one!!!!

this is the most Un-American, American Made product I got.

I dunno if a lot of people had had or are having similar issues.

FYI my Vin is in the 66K and more.

2 pics are just examples of that outrageous sloppiness.

I had the best experience at the West Chester, PA location. The calm and informative Tesla associate made for a pleasant experience. The Cybertruck was mostly flawless. Nothing to open a ticket on.
eslas.

Yea my SC is great, many issues with all my teslas but they always came through. For sure no dealership would have ever gone to the lengths or done what they did.

You got a lightbar????? Wow! I wish I could get mine!!!!

My service center said they never got any. Lucky you!
Since it was a pain for them to understand the instructions they told me they will not order or install any more light bars. However, the new instructions indicated there is a new light bar v2 which doesn’t need any soldering. Hopefully, more service centers will start doing these again.

Traditional dealers deliver a sparkling-clean detailed vehicle. That cost is included in the price.

I'd rather pay less and detail it myself.
