Based on the first photo the person that sanded the rear quarter panel didn't do a very good job. May take a little work, but Bar Keepers Friend should make it more uniform.

I showed them on app I placed order 12/22/23 for Foundation and they laughed and said I wouldn't get a truck until end of year or 2025. Said, so so sorry. only employees and half a million ahead of me if didn't order 12/8 or 12/9 timeframe.

Seems like they were thinking "placed reservation", not order.

2/3 9 am no vin and Sunnyvale delivery. 2/3 10am called Tesla and made the change to Dublin. Noon had a vin.

I went to Dublin to check as it's been a while and they said I would get an email. After 48 hours, issue I found,

- right side fender gasket sticks out of the frunk/ fender opening
- Rear left door edge sharp (was not deburred)
- Slight rattle in the interior for left side of the cabin
- tailgate doesn’t open on its own, need to force it down (worked for 6 hours perfectly)
- Drnp/hazard panel don’t work (yes I have no hazards, but service center ordered a replacement)
- manufacturing chalk on the wiper (Service center ordered a replacement)
- Right front wheel liner not fully seated
- Rear right door doesn’t work from the inside (this one is weird, can’t tell if my passengers can’t figure it out, or if it’s intermittently working. It works for me but 3 people couldn’t open that door but could open the other one.)

Just keep in mind my background in the automotive industry and especially with Tesla.

I have this same problem. Not a huge deal, but looks kinda sloppy. Also the fender sits proud of the frunk lid a bit. Like the frunk closes too far. Is yours like that?
