Im pretty sure that green stuff is how the toxic avenger was made. I was watching traffic on the drivers side, waiting for some jerk to cut him off.. Wasn't expecting that one.

It did have that feel. I can't tell what caused it but that would be my first guess. Road still closed. Definitely helps keep things in perspective.
