Could you imagine the customer outrage if a Lexus dealer tried this? The survey's would come back with a one star rating and customers would spread the word about the poor delivery experience. Toyota would reprimand the dealership.

I’ve watched my Toyota service pull out a completely unusably dirty air filter from under their desk to go show someone “theirs” was dirty. Subaru service tried to tell me my brake fluid was dirty when it was just replaced during my last visit. I’d much rather have an understaffed dealer than a shady one….

How long does it take to get service? Weeks. Try that at any other store on Atlantic. Fact. AAron says he has cars at lot by railyard. Fact. They can hire more car washers. Fact. Service will not improve unless they put on more shifts. Look at delivery numbers. Florida is second to California in Tesla sales.
