You don't need to give it a click, here's a full summary of the story in five sentences:

- New non-Foundation Cybertrucks start at $80K, which is too expensive for many people, and there are no discounts.

- New Foundation Cybertrucks are still available in some states through the Tesla inventory webpage, but they are even more expensive and there are no discounts.

- Cybertrucks are also expensive to lease.

- There are no good deals on used Cybertrucks; they are expensive too.

- Some people are hoping for a less expensive $60K RWD Cyberrtruck.

Anything there that you didn't already know?

I would say that all of the points in the story are basically true, so it’s not “propaganda”. However, there is nothing particularly new or interesting either.

“Some people are hoping for the $60k CT”,
? I can’t with this nonsense. Is it true the 60K CT doesn’t run off Electricity? It runs off HOPES and
DREAMS ?

Waiting for the duel $49k CT for normal people. Not that overpriced status symbol.

Should be a crime with raising consumer prices at the end of COVID, call it inflation it’s just plain old GREED!

Priced a Generac generator in 2019, $5200 installed.

Same unit now is $16,500 installed?

What the @#%@!!

To be fair, Tesla was advertising the $61K RWD Cybertruck, with availability in 2025, as recently as August. Maybe they even took reservations for that option, not sure.

Tesla has since dropped the RWD option from the order page, and hasn't said anything further about it. Maybe the inexpensive RWD Cybertruck will actually be delivered some day, or maybe not. But it's not just based on wishful thinking.

Yeah I originally ordered one last year buuut they dropped them so I got the AWD FS. It is wishful thinking so to the fact it isn’t a thing. If it was still out there with a “Tesla announced projected release date” then it wouldn’t be wishful thinking it would be reality.
When you say “I really hope they”. That’s wishful thinking

It's doubtful that just deleting one motor and software locking the pack equals a $20k discount.
Keep the $80k entry price and be OK with lower volumes. CT has too many features to sell for any less than $80k

OP is the same peddler. Expect a repost at anything promoting lower price. Organic content is limited. I hope the price goes down. Give me some fresh veggies however.
