This is my first time owning a truck and I realised the massive space needs accessories to organise. In particular i wonder if anyone has a good ski rack solution? I’d want to carry about 4 pairs of skis. Ideally lay them flat on the truck bed because my skis can just about fit at the bottom, where there is the indent. But then that leaves no room for luggage. So any thing that could be stacked on top of the skis?
I just put this together… like it a lot!

We're still liking our trolley track / L-track solution (see earlier in the thread) for daytrips... 6 pairs of skis above the L-tracks but below the tonneau... away from the elements and leaving a bunch of space in the bed for other stuff (which can include more skis).

When we go away for a week, however, we want to use all the space (e.g. powered coolers) in the bed, so we went for roofracks. This is our preferred solution for that:

Using the rear two roof rack locations we can fit 2 stock Kuat Switch 6 units. If we put all the narrow skis on one side we could put 7 pairs on one side and 6 on the other. We went for the Kuat 6s in part because they have an inner mounting point that allows you to mount them further to the edge of the truck.
Note: I believe we could also use the front two positions but we can't fit the same two Kuats as the front is less wide. I expect we could fit one Kuat Switch 6 and a hard sided ski case, for a total of 22 pairs of skis on the roof. We currently only use 12 pairs of skis, however, so we haven't needed the front rack as yet.
Note: the skis do stick out beyond the tailgate a couple of inches for longer skis, so we need to park a couple of inches away from walls.
It looks wide on the above photo but it doesn't stick out further than the mirrors.
