Sorry to hear about the problems, hope they can get all fixed fast. Have you ever had experience with the service center there? I have only had service in CA early on when I got my M3P. I did forgot to mention that one of the 'stoppers" on the frunk was loose and would not twist/click back in. I told the salesperson and he said to set up a service apt. on the app.
Just picked up my AWD from service, they did address the misaligned trunk, however the side sail looks worse, I feel like I probably shouldn’t have let them “adjust it”

Hi, first post here but been keeping tabs while I waited for delivery.
My pick up was at 5PM on 5/25 and there was 4 or 5 other CTs there being picked up & a trailer with more being delivered when I left.
I got a text the day before saying my CT will be ready for pick up tomorrow and to reply "yes" if I could make the appointment or it would be reassigned to someone else. I cancelled a dinner reservation so I would not be rushed but what's up with 1 day notice on a Holliday weekend ? Luckily I wasn't out of town !!
Text said CT would be located on East side of building and to find my name on the dash. To open the vehicle use the app. and you will find papers inside that will need to be signed and dropped in a box by the showroom door before I drive off.

So I assumed that the showroom was going to be closed ?? When I got there showroom was open and I said I was there to pick up my CT. Salesperson just said they are over there, find your name in the dash and unlock it with the app. "you have the app already? " I said yes and he said OK and walked away. ?? OK

No Congrats., thanks for your order, enjoy the CT, let me show you the "feature/setup" etc. I don't really care I'm glad to get my CT after a 4yr. wait and have a M3P config. was easy to figure out.

Build quality was good, no misaligned panels.

I have been a long time shareholder and a stock trader so I was a bit concerned about the Co. Service but I love the new ride !! and glad to see many CTs being delivered.

I drove it 8 miles home and hid it in a friends garage because my wife said she hated the way it looked when we saw our first one in the wild a month ago and I reminded her that I was waiting for mine. "I'm not getting in that thing if you get it" ...

It gets wrapped on Monday and when I get it back I'll see what the reaction is. I might have to order the CyberTent for my new place to live ;) I'll post updates and photos when it is done.

Yeah I was a bit disappointed with my delivery experience too. We paid extra for the foundation series, a bottle of water that said Congrats would have been nice.

Quite a stand the wife is making! ?? I guess you are going to get a lot of fun trips without her haha
I could give an S what my wife thinks about my Cybertruck purchase. I am paying cash and paid way more than that for wife's career goal of becoming a Doctor, even had to live in NYC for 3.5 years (some during COVID) and just like Tesla no thank you really.
But her opinion of the Cybertruck is positive.

Congratulations, sorry about WAF. The dealer service is unacceptable! My dealer experience was good but when I tried to get answers why I did not get PowerShare nothing after many calls to dealer and Tesla itself.
