Turns out in this example given the Cybertrucks shape that it makes very little difference so it does not at all seem worth the trouble. I bet dropping 1 MPH is even better efficiency improvement [though I haven't tried ABRP as an example to see that ].

The only reason to remove them now is for the look. I’m leaning towards removing them for daily driving and reinstalling them when I tow. All that’s needed now is an appropriate after market cover for the hole.

Yes rather have high dollar adjustable motor mirrors, with side safety passing notification.

Not the assumed cheep $20 mirrors Tesla installed assuming people would remove?!
