Hi guys!
Im in PA and ordered my Beast back in December. At the time I received the email from Tesla to take the survey for Home PowerShare. Thats the last I heard about it. Took Delivery of my CyberBeast yesterday but still have not heard a peep about my PowerShare installation. I inquired yesterday at the delivery, and they pretty much had no clue. Gave me an email address to send an inquiry to. I sent an email and got a immediate response " Thank you for contacting Tesla. This email address is no longer monitored" :cautious: Anyone know what my next step should be? Anyone have a contact at Tesla I can reach out to?? Thanks!

Please let me know what you find out. I am also in PA, ordered my FS AWD a month ago and have yet to receive the PowerShare survey. Would make me feel more comfortable if there is a certified installer (or 2) in PA, and that there is actually a mechanism for contacting someone or even asking a question. This whole PowerShare process seems very loose…. ?

Yeah. I totally agree. My delivery specialist kept saying to contact the installer and i was like “I don’t know who the installer is…”

After I place my foundation order I received a call from Tesla about my powershare. On the call I told them I had a generator, which they said automatically disqualified me for the install.

I then got an email them confirming that, and asked if I wanted supercharging or the store credit. I responded "credit".

That was April 12. I picked up the truck on April 26. I assumed nothing would happen until I picked it up, so a couple days after, I replied to the email asking for status. Crickets. I have just replied a third time, crickets.

On the forum here, I had read it would take a couple weeks, but it's almost 4 now. I had also read the department was in chaos, and things would get better in June.

We'll see.

Email came from [email protected]

took delivery of beast on 5-15 have been in same boat with PowerShare. This is what I have found out so far. Tesla has just changed process a week ago so things are still being figured out. New process is that now you are the one ordering equipment for the instal where before the contractor was ordering it and Tesla shipped it to them. Your suppose to get a email with a 2500 credit to use at the Tesla shop to order equipment and it ships directly to you. I also was told to go on the PowerShare info page for Tesla and click the link that starts the process of getting a quote. This for me in NV was done thru Qmerit after this I talked to them and they told me they are waiting for Tesla to set up portal so they can communicate on who qualified for the 4k instal credit. They basically will handle all the work on that side once you agree to quote but they are still working with Tesla to set up system. I called service and ask where my 2500 credit email is so I can buy the equipment and they are working on getting me an answer. All that being said I would go to the PowerShare Tesla page and start the process of getting a quote and see where it goes from there good luck.
