Help! Power out and PowerShare won’t initiate feed to house from Cybertruck

If you’re Install was fairly recent it can take upwards of two weeks before it shows up in your truck and app

It’s been a bit over a month (10/11). I thought that when the second ‘Home’ network showed up showing power coming into the house from the grid that all was ok. We lost power tonight and the CT was hooked up to the UWC and no power sharing happened. I’ve sent the installer a mail.

If you pull off the cover plate on the gateway, there will be a green and blue LED light on the control board at the top right. Your installer should have pulled a 4 conductor wire for communication and 12VDC from the UTWC to the Gateway, which provides power/comms to the board in the event of the outage. If the light is not displayed, you may want to check the wiring connections on the rear of the UTWC(stab in terminals) and in the Gateway (Comms on the SBUS terminals on the board/ 24V on the Wago connections on the wires above the board.)

I was told this morning that my setup, which has a non-Tesla grid-tied solar array as well as the Tesla Gateway (and a whole-home NG backup generator) will not be supported by Powershare until the new year and that that is why my setup has no Powershare settings and why it didn't switch over last night.

I don't suppose anyone here has a non-Tesla grid-tied solar array and Gateway combination that is actually working with Powershare. My installer rigged the backup generator transfer switch downstream of the Tesla Gateway, and it is working as advertised, so I do not think that is related to my problem.
