Here's my update, hopefully helpful to others in my situation.
I have the following and received my $2500 voucher for PowerShare.
(2) Gen 2 Powerwall, 1 Powerwall Plus
Tesla Gateway 2
22.4 kW Tesla Solar
2 Telsa Gen 3 Wall Chargers
I've been in contact with Tesla since my voucher was emailed, roughly 12 days after delivery. First contact via phone, was told VIN needed to be matched to system for PowerShare to be enable. Visited local showroom and talked to advisor, they saw my documented phone conversation and said it could take 24-48 hours. Called Tesla Energy Support today, per "engineer" via chat with my phone rep any current customer with Tesla solar will have to wait for a firmware update to take advantage of PowerShare functionality with the gateway and wall chargers that I have. No additional equipment needed to purchase. 2-3 months before firmware arrives. Told them this wasn't really what I wanted to hear given hurricane season. Guess I will be adding a nema connection to breaker box for a last resort option.
