Powerwall is offline error in app

Powerwall is offline error in app. There are steps to open the powerwall door, scan the QR code, pressing charging cable button for 5 seconds and the press connect. this fails with device already exists

Anyone else have this issue? Any steps that may have worked?

Since the PowerShare was installed, I could see realtime energy usage, etc. Then the app starting displaying the following errors below (powerwall vs powershare). Called Tesla and got a hold of someone. The app needs updated to properly display the stats of the powershare, but it's still functional in the background.

Just in case someone else runs into this later. Tesla's aware and is working on app updates.
