Pre order number

I apologize in advance for coming in late to the party but I wonder if anyone can shed some light on my dilemma. I have pre-ordered a cybertruck back in December 2019 unbeknownst to me did not receive a reservation number did not know I was supposed to get one thus I did find that out when I ordered a second truck in June 2020 where I did receive a reservation number I’m just curious as to early orders received reservation numbers or not if anyone can shed some light I do appreciate it

There were some delays in getting numbers if you ordered in the first day. Did you not get a confirmation email at all?

They'll try to contact you with the information you gave at the time. Otherwise they'll refund your $100.

I did get a confirmation email but not a confirmation number on my first order. ( did get one on the second order) . Even when I log on to my Tesla account ; there is no record of either.
