Quick question, how long does it take to precondition the Cybertruck before DCFC?
What is the best precondition method via the app?

Use navigation and it will do it for you.
Asking from the app
In the house, planning on a run to rhe charger
What in the app can I do?

nav send to the truck does not do it

Battery preheating generally doesn't happen unless you are in the truck traveling down the road, as it primarily uses motor heat.

It will warm the battery on level 2 charging if cold enough.

Ask Grok to teach you about this one. It will get it right.

So no home charging?

Preconditioning from the app will warm the pack, but wastes energy on cabin heat also.
You can set the destination and just sit in the truck in your driveway, but that isn't going to speed things up in terms of your time.

Schedule departure time should precondition the bat and the cabin.

thanks
Seems you can only get preconditioning via the app by scheduling

I’d also like a single touch button

Sadly, Tesla uses the term "preconditioning" to refer to cabin climate, and also to pack temperature. Thus, ambiguity.

Pack Precondition: At high rates of charge, cells tend to plate the lithium, which accelerates degradation. This effect is minimized at high temperature, and thus DCFC input power will be limited until the pack warms.

In an effort to speed up DCFC, the pack will be warmed as you navigate to a Supercharger. This takes more energy from the pack, but is a net positive for charging time. Preconditioning is not required, but it will speed up DCFC sessions.

There is no need to "precondition" the pack for home AC charging. At 48A (11kW) you're basically trickle-charging lol. The exception is that cells cannot be charged when frozen, so the pack will be heated just enough.

Cabin Precondition: You want to "precondition" the cabin at home, particularly in winter, because the defrosting and cabin heating comes from shore power, thus preserving range. It also warms up the pack enough to be able to use regen, which is disabled when the pack is too cold. Plus, it improves comfort; my CT ownership has ended the days of trips spent either shivering or roasting like a rotisserie chicken.

My question is only pack precond
You validated using rhe scheduler
