Hello to all. New to forum. Ordered my cyber beast 04/18/26. Lucky enough to VIN assigned 04/23. Scheduled delivery appt 04/29. Waaaay faster than I expected.
On the day I was supposed to go pick up my truck, I got a call from Tesla Kansas City that they need to reschedule due a maintenance hold on the vehicle. At that point I was a little annoyed as they let me know the day of, and it’s 2 Hour Dr. for me, I had already taken a half a day off.
A new delivery date was set for the following Wednesday. Again, I got a call that it needed to be rescheduled on the day of, speeding. They didn’t have any temporary tax left, and there was still a maintenance bold. No one was able to tell me what the maintenance hold was for.
I set another delivery appointment 05/13. I did not get any phone calls and drove two hours to go pick up my vehicle. I checked in, they told me it would be five minutes. I waited for over an hour, before the manager came out and said they could not release the vehicle due to a maintenance hold. Needless to say, I was not happy. I spoke with the manager and got her cell phone number, and she promised me she would be calling me the next day. That was yesterday, she never called.
Would be interested to know what you guys think is going on, and what I should do.
The anger in me wants to cancel the order, but I’ve already down payment for the wrap (to cover the cost), and have bought accessories.
