Someone needs to make a dedicated thread post to this and make it a Sticky!
100%! This took me less then 10 minutes and problem solved. Reading all these dudes doing all they are doing is cringe to put the stops on both sides defeats the purpose of it being movable with ease . Hope this helps
Here are more photos as requested.

Remove the nut with a 5/16" socket. Note the round spacer and spring position on the threaded shaft. The plastic guides are shown as originally positioned. Finally the plastic guides are removed. Make sure to secure the nut at the same depth as before. Without the plastic guides, it will rattle a bit until fully mounted and secure. Save the plastic guides if you need to restore the Vault Cargo Divider to original condition.

I plan to add a thin protective tape to the underside of Vault Cargo Divider to decrease scratches.

I had my truck at the service center for the recalls and asked them to look at my divider. They did a bed adjustment (I did not ask what that entailed) and now my divider works along the entire bed.

The L hooks are a perfect solution!
Great tip
I’m picking up my CT on Saturday then directly to the wrap shop
So excited think I’ll sleep in the parking lot the night before ?
I’d like to do an inspection day prior to delivery
Can anyone recommend a good bed liner?
There are so many on the market
Too confusing
Thanks

Do you know how long it took? Was it "while you waited" or you had to leave the truck? I am going to look at it myself and see what I can find. I have the truck for just under 5 months and I am sick of the dividers not locking in.

I don’t know how long that specific adjustment took. I dropped my truck off in the morning and had the recalls taken care of and then my drivers side mirror did not have power so they had to repair that connection. I picked it up at 5pm the same day.
Here are the repair notes:

Repair Notes: Removed truck floor assembly to perform adjustment to truck bed side wall assemblies, verified proper fitment after repairs.

Sorry I can’t be more helpful on the specific timing.
