I found other threads for other Teslas so seems to be a known issue. But most have to deal with connectivity.

Whats weird is when I navigate to this restaurant I get this error as you can see on the screen. But when I navigate to the Walgreen's right next to it I get traffic data.

Anyone experiencing this?

It's funny. I've been seeing poor network connectivity recently in my S. It takes a long time to get an LTE signal. Not sure if it's network related or a recent bug. It finally establishes a data feed but takes longer than it usually did.

Maybe Tesla are late paying their cell provider "family plan"?

It happens periodically with all the Teslas.

If you notice the very first top icon, you have no cellular service. If it can't talk to the servers, it can't get traffic data.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago (lost cell connection). No combination of reboots, power off, etc would fix it. I finally paired the truck to my wifi hotspot (I was on a roadtrip) to see if a connection to the mothership would fix it. Fortunately there was a software update that came down and fixed it so I’m not sure what the root cause was.

During my travels I was going through some areas that were hit hard by storms and had some cellular outages. I wonder if the system has trouble reestablishing connection if it loses connection while traveling between different cells.

well, its not cell or connectivity. I drove my 3 today and entered the same address and had the same "routing with no traffic data" error. I immediately chose the Walgreens right next to it and it works. So strange. Weird bug as it seems address specific which makes no sense for the way this error is alerted

Invalid conclusion.

It is indeed the cellular connection. It shows it in the screen.
Pair the vehicle with your phone's hotspot and enable while driving, they will appear.

It's not necessarily a signal problem. Every once in a while Teslas will get into the point where the cellular portion is confused. It needs to be reset.

Turn off Sentry and let it get a good night's sleep.

I think my conclusion is valid. or maybe you didnt read the details
My cars sentry are off at home so they sleep each night.

I turned the 3 sentry off at work and paired with my iPhone hotspot and got the same error on my 3 for that specific address. I could navigate to my other addresses fine.

I then tried to use my home wifi.

as you can see from my screen shots both the 3 and truck on wifi, both navigating to that same address and same connectivity error

I am open to suggestions

I do not see traffic data at all. Correction. I thought I wasn't but I wasn't navigating anywhere. While navigating I see traffic, traffic lights, and stop signs as expected.
