I’ve been 2 different SC locations and both of them say the same thing after charging for approximately 2 minutes.
It will stop charging and say “the supercharger is reporting a problem. Unplug and try again or try another stall”
Has anyone experienced this?
Any ideas?

Saw that twice in the last couple weeks, first time unplugging and plugging in worked, second time had to move to another stall. If you’ve tried them all, I’d call roadside assistance to see if they can diagnose or reset remotely. They used to be able to troubleshoot the chargers remotely too I think.

Always look in the end of your supercharger cable before connecting it to your baby! , someone could have jammed stuff in broke the pins, packed it full of slow cure JBWELD, etc.

Update for everyone.
I got as far as I could get and plugging then replugging to get 1% of battery each time until I could get no more. I called roadside and got a very helpful person that had me reboot the truck. It didn’t work the first time so we did it another way and success.
So next time you’re in a situation, reboot the truck using the 2 scroll wheels. Once it reboots go on your screen find the “shut down” option. Allow it to shut down and don’t touch anything for 3 minutes. We did 4 minutes just incase. I went back to plug the truck in, and it worked beautifully. Got 70% charge and made it home!
