Anyone else experiencing burns from using the front screen in the cyber truck? My son complained the other day and after looking at his finger he had a blister caused by the heat of the screen. After measuring the temperature my gauge had it at 125 degrees while playing games, this seems extremely high for something that requires almost constant touch to use while gaming. Is this common and how is everyone else handling this? Is the front screen just useless when it comes to gaming because 125 is too hot to manipulate with your fingers.

Interesting. Hope he's ok. Typically, anything above 120 deg F is considered scolding and too hot for prolonged contact... so not ideal.

May try adjusting brightness... throw the nits down a bit and see if the temp improves for game use.

Ours is also hot when it's sunny out. Combination of solar load and backlight.

Yeah you should probably get that checked out. Mine can be hot after sitting in the sun but after a few minutes with the AC running the temp is fine. You can also pair a controller and use that for games. I paired my switch pro controller and it works great.

Perhaps it was soaking up sun light directly , and it wasn’t the screens power heating it up? Also how hard was the child pressing against the screen while moving their finger ? Maybe lots of friction was built up by pressing hard against the screen . Akin to rubbing your hands together to stay warm.

Lately I've played a lot of Sudoku which requires constantly poking at the screen with my fingers. No excessive heat in my CT.

I haven't had this happen and I game a good amount. It's certainly warm, but that's hot. Try cranking the AC while playing and putting up a sun shade? ?

While playing Fallout shelter and Solitaire there is a section of the screen on the bottom, a little left of center that is VERY very hot. I can't hold my finger there for more then a second.

probably not going to get an accurate reading with that thermometer because of the reflectivity.

That is another area that is lacking with the cyber truck, it only allows two paired bluetooth devices at a time. I don't understand why two, seems like a few extra bucks would allow two controllers and some bluetooth headphones to be paired at the same time.
