I was told this retrofit is not applicable for my VIN (2600+) during a service call.

Looks like my vin qualified I am in the 6700 delivery center is waiting on engineer to approve the part to be shipped to the service center

I was in the service center and inquired regarding this SB. I was told it is an enhancement and must be paid for by the owner. The cost was reported to be $1,600.00. I asked what the turning radius was with and without the upgrade and as told that information wasn’t available. Subsequently, I was told the SB did not pertain to my vehicle.
