My truck vibrates on high speed since delivery. I road force balanced it twice. The first time made it worse and the second time made it better but I can still feel the slight vibration over 60mph on smooth asphalt road..Is this normal characteristics of AT tires?

So it isn't very scientific but it works.
Do the water glass test, put about 4oz of water into a clear cup or glass on the center console, bring the truck up to speed and see if vibration is visible. If you can see it in the water you have significant vibration, if you don't it may just be sound.

Shouldn't be much vibration unless you are on a bad road surface or you are doing 90+

It’s a normal characteristic of a truck tbh.

Probably just need tire balancing. 1 guy took delivery and instantly knew it needed balancing. QC on these trucks have been hit or miss. And vibration over smooth asphalt is not normal and I'm on R20 Ridge Grapplers.

I did road force balance twice at discounted tires, the first time they forgot to take down the old weights and they told me they did it perfectly on the second time. I have doubt on their quality of work but I am leaning toward bad tires (hard to balance and I notice minor cuppings with 2000miles) or others like half shaft issue.

Didn't Kyle Conner from OutofSpec also mention the Cybertruck has vibrations. Maybe it is not the tires but something to do with the powertrain?

Yeah, I saw that video and I DMed Ben who lend the truck to Kyle, he told me he doesn’t feel any vibrations.. this why I think maybe I am too sensitive , but the vibration is indeed real on my truck. It is not as bad as my plaid S but still noticeable. My model S had vibration for 3 years and Tesla fixed it with the latest software update.

Is it the motors/powertrain or is it the tires? Can you do a recording video of the vibrations noise and post it here if possible for reference?

The model s is about the front motor because there is no vibration when you put it on track mode with 100% rear bias. I think in the update they tweaked the front drive unit to make it less vibrating.
I tried the same on the Cybertruck in Baja mode with 100% rear bias but it still vibrates.
I am leaning towards the tire because it vibrates a lot more with the OEM wheel balancing, after I rebalanced it at discount tires, it vibrates less and the vibration peaked at around 60mph, at 70-80 it actually vibrates less, but above 80 it vibrates more.
It’s hard for me to film the vibration because of the steer by wire because it vibrates with the entire truck rather than visual steering wheel shakes.

My CT exhibits vibration in the steering wheel between 55 - 65 mph on smooth pavement. I have scheduled an appointment at my TSC to check it out and fix.
Let me know what they say. Last time I brought the truck in they test drove it and said it is normal.
