I am not too sure of this update for FSD.....it works great compared to the older one....however, I was driving at 65mph going to Blythe ca on Saturday and out of nowhere I started getting red light and informed that I was disconnected from FSD for not paying attention or erratic driving.......Strike 1......Coming home at the exact same location +/- 2 miles, the same thing happened......Strike 2.....do not understand why......but at least the FSD is smoother in turns while driving in town and the only thing I would criticize is that the starting from lights and stop signs is a bit harsh.....could be more controlled and not like a jack rabbit.
The attention strike is generally because it didn't see you looking at the road periodically. If you are looking at the map for any length of time, it will get upset. And it seems to get more upset if you are looking inside the vehicle than outside. It'll definitely get upset if it sees you looking at your phone. I think that you get 3-5 of these before it gives you a strike.

And your "harsh acceleration" is met by other's "it's too slow off a light" statements.
Think of it as an Uber or Taxi driver. You need to be a passenger, not a back seat driver. IT IS going to drive differently than you are.

true maybe but I was very careful and do not really look around the cabin.....as a pilot, I tend to scan gauges and keep my head looking forward....its funny that the shutdowns were around the same place.....I had this same experience while going to Salt Lake City in my model s..........both going and coming.....so after the SLC avventure, I am keeping very good head and eye movements.
