Stainless tailgate cap and sail panels

LOVE IT. I jumped on the tailgate one before JAM had his product finalized / available as I cut up my plastic one with a circular saw multiple times cutting fence posts. Anyway, I am jealous and waiting till I get some more rat hole money to buy these and the sails. Oh, be careful if you sit around bed or reach in to pull something out and are in hot sun like we have here in Tx. MOFO's get SUPER HOT and your bare arms won't like you too much.

Glad you’re enjoying it as much as I am. California cost a lot but at least we can’t use our sail panels like a frying pan!

Got my tailgate cap: highly recommend.…Great quality product. Made a few squeaks to ensure better water run off. Along the lip of the tail guard added weather stripping and around top edges. Probably go with the sail panels later. See pics of location of weatherstripping.

Looking good! Was hoping people would add pictures as they installed them.. Spoke with Jasper, he’s working on 4 full sets that are spoken for. One set was ordered with a high polish ( we know who you are!) He also is trying to get ahead of things by producing a few sets that aren’t spoken for. In this Amazon world we want things the day after we order! Ammiright??

I couldn’t be happier with my setup… I need to ask how the crossbar / rack designs are coming along….

I hope Jasper isn't giving up on this. I'm waiting to see what he comes up with for a roof rack / cross bars. It would be nice if the design allowed for OEM-like options, but I'm sure he will come up with something high quality.

It is very well packaged and comes by FedEx. It is secured by flush head screws that will not bind when loading equipment. I saw a similar one on eBay but it uses adhesive which I don’t trust. No drilling required…./it uses the existing bores.
