The issue, as I understand it, is not the alignment / road tracking. It's that the zero point of the yoke causes 0.1 degrees of steering versus where they would like it.That's strange. You should be able to have someone go on a ride with you. I had someone go with me when I first bought it and another to diagnose noises. I would ask to talk to the tech face to face at least to try to explain it to him yourself.

*maybe* they would let you be the one to center the yoke during calibration? There are also some people on the forum that can access vehicles remotely that might be willing to help.
