Hey everyone! Long time lurker, first time posting.
Short Background: I have a FS AWD VIN 39xxx that I took delivery of new back in May 2025 (during the SC05 promo) that's been in the shop every single month since then for a plethora of issues (mostly NVH issues). 12 visits with a total of over 100+ days spent at the center. Basically ends up being the case that I have to report the same issue at least 3x for them to do anything about it.
One of the issues: For a few months, I've been reporting that the squircle is off-centered but all that's been done is a four wheel alignment. The steering wheel is still off-centered. It doesn't really pull but I have to hold the wheel slightly to the right for the truck to go straight. I'm using the ambient lighting behind the wheel as a reference apart from literally putting a level to it. My understanding is that this should easily be able to be fixed since the steer-by-wire connection is more electronic and not mechanical like the traditional setup.
I've asked them to verify they did the offset reset and handwheel zero calibration (as listed in https://service.tesla.com/docs/Cybertruck/ServiceManual/media/Cybertruck_Wheel_Alignment.mp4) but below is the answer I got:
The below pictures show:
Can anyone here educate me on what the issue could be? To most this might seem like a minor issue but it honestly just drives me nuts a little (esp when i'm going on a slightly left curved road and the wheel is straight).

The below pictures show:
- Alignment info in service mode screen when I hold the wheel in it's off centered position
- Picture of wheel when in off-centered position (if you look at the left side of the wheel, the red light doesn't show much. on the right half, you can see the red light and where it's dipping)
- Alignment values when I hold the wheel to what I'd say is the true centered position
- Picture of the wheel when in centered position (even gap where the two arrows are)
- Two pictures showing difference of values when wheel is fully turned to the right vs left. (not sure if this helps, just noticed and thought i'd provide it)
Can anyone here educate me on what the issue could be? To most this might seem like a minor issue but it honestly just drives me nuts a little (esp when i'm going on a slightly left curved road and the wheel is straight).
