2:40 mark of this video shows the below seat storage boxes accessory (when the rear seats are folded up). It's a $250 accessory in the online Cybertruck store.

It's going to be a few days until the anger burns out for everyone who thought Tesla was going to deliver a $70k trimotor with 500 miles of range. I might have to excuse myself from the forum for a week or two while they flame out.

LOL... I got on to ford's website today and tried to build a comparable F150. OMG...talk about nickel and diming...just endless options of bs. If you picked something to add, a message would pop up stating that the last 3 things you ordered wouldn't work, so you had to go back and pick the 5th option of that, which was, of course, another 1500 dollars...ect, ect, ect.

I couldn't afford it in the first place so I'm pretty sanguine about it.
Still buying it though.
Somehow.

Saw same thing on Chevy site. Added up to be 80k for a gas engine truck.

I mean, whether Tesla or Ford, are people just now realizing how OEM pricing models works?

But in defense of Ford (bias alert, see PFP), I don’t pay $1,250 for my spare ??‍♂

I have every expectation that Tesla aspires to get the Cybertruck producing in quantities that allow it more pricing flexibility and a broader buyer market. Just not yet. Not today.
