Hi,

I just wanted to get advice if anyone knows how who to contact.

I got delivery of Cybertruck and opted for Powershare but then noticed I have an electrical problem in my house and the time frame to install it is very tight and time passed, couldn’t start the process. All the emails say stuff contact tesla advisor without a number or anything and can’t find on website.

I wanted to change the voucher back to the Tesla store and got no idea who to contact other than driving to the pick up center.

Any advice?

Thanks

Contact customer service cancel your order and they will give you a new voucher.
The hard part is the voucher is only good for one year and I can't find anything on the shop to buy as it has to be a single one time use . As they use it or lose it situation

I somehow completed my order with only the wall connector in the cart. I canceled, but the voucher was no longer valid. After several attempts through the Contact Us portal this address is the one that got me through to someone who could reissue the voucher for me:

Not sure if you were early delivery when they were doing that but it is no longer a 1 use or lose it deal. It is a store credit good for a year used as many times as you like. It’s been documented pretty well in here by now as I also thought I screwed my self by buying 1 thing and not knowing !
but I’m for sure with you on the “their is nothing want”.
I’ve ordered the dog thing the bed divider and out of boardroom the Molle panels and still have like 1000 left and want nothing else Seems kind of unfair

I had to contact qmerit. They requested I send them a email(in writing)stating I no longer wanted PowerShare. Then they send that to Tesla and Tesla issues a voucher.

Good luck. The app doesn't work
I went to SC. They couldn't get app to work. They ordered the 2 spare tires kits on service ticket
I get email from Tesla canceling order, saying use app
Then I get text saying use app
Next week. Back to SC and bug them every week from now till ever. Get the app fixed.

I told the company that Tesla contracted to install the setup that I only wanted the universal wall charger installed. They contacted Tesla and eventually I received a $2500 Tesla store credit for not using the Gateway.

When did you receive your credit that you were able to use that way? I received my voucher on August 30th and in the fine print at the bottom, Tesla makes it crystal clear that I can only use it once any any unused credit is lost.

“1. Voucher can only be used once exclusively on Shop.Tesla.com. Any unused balance remaining after the transaction will be forfeited. Items purchased using this voucher cannot be returned, but may be exchanged within 30 days as long as it meets the return condition requirements detailed in Tesla Shop policies. The voucher cannot be reissued, transferred or redeemed for cash and is not valid towards the purchase of Tesla gift cards or alcohol”.

I got my truck August 24th so the e mail would have been that day and I’m states different! Again at first I bought 1 thing and then read on here I lost it all, I drove fast down to the delivery center asking if I lost it they all said “yeah it’s one time use”. I was like I’m hearing both things then she said you would have had to sign a waiver so I searched my E mail and there it was. I showed them and even they didn’t know it changed in fact they asked me to send a copy to there boss because the boss didn’t even know and she handled that stuff.

That’s interesting. ? What waiver did you sign? Was signing the waiver the difference in it being like a gift card vs. one time use? This makes it clear Tesla has different processes for different circumstances but still unclear what the differences are.

When you pick your truck up before they let you drive it off you have to complete your forms and one of those forms is the “PowerShare” e mail, and if you op out of the power share you get eh gift card . honestly I didn’t even know I did it I was so excited I would of signed anything ?. I had to go back and find it. I believe the week I got my truck is the week the changed it because not 1 person at the delivery center or there boss who handles this issue new anything about the change. But I believe now it’s for everyone. However for new owners about to pick your truck up be sure to read it to make sure it hasn’t been changed again.

i haven't opted in or out for the powershare, actually I want it. I do see the $2500 credit in my app wallet is that for the powershare or lack of FSD? Do those funds have an expiration date and do I have to spend it all in one transaction?
