Why would the CT crowd care? We are getting a 48v batt
I'm hoping the cybertruck has a way to tell everyone behind you, that the regen is activated. Like maybe, the brake bar will show its activated and the vehicle is slowing down.

on thee model y.. the brake light is controlled by the rate of deceleration.. I am assuming this will be true on the CT also..

As I understand it, UNECE standards (incorporated by reference to be in FMVSS?) gives "may not", "may", and "must" light the rear stoplights in terms of G's of deceleration for cars. This was a big discussion about the Volt when it came out, is regen braking actually braking, etc. Turns out the Gen 1 Volt was very close to the line between "may" and "must" with regen only.

No idea what FMVSS says about motorcycles though. Wouldn't surprise me if it was different.

I don't think there's a defined braking force for regen in the US spec. There is in the EU spec, and the Zero is below it.
