missing tonneau slat added on my May '24 AWD.
I have a March '24 built truck (delivered in April due to the pedal rivet delays) and I need the missing slat as well - did you submit the request under 'other'?

Necessary part numbers in case you need them:

On the topic of cantrails, I was worried about getting it done. I’ve seen some really bad photos on here. Mine came out looking better and more aligned than the original ones and are rock solid now. Before I could grab the corner near the sail panel and wiggle it and there would be some slight movement. Not anymore. Feels like you could walk on it.

Anyone in the DFW area, use the Lexington SC. Those dudes are on point. Avoid Cedar Springs like the plague.

Got the new wireless charger installed today. Along with an air suspension part. I sent them the part number for the wireless charger and they actually corrected me as it was -B not -C. I’ll send screenshots when I pickup later. Installing it now.
Thanks. If the invoice has the part number I'll create another service request...and wait six weeks for the next appointment.

I had a service appointment last week, status of items:
- cant rail - parts not available (despite appointment scheduled a month earlier), being released in batches by VIN. No ETA despite what the recall letter said.
- extra slat in tonneau - added and fixed! no water ingress during our last downpour in NJ. Previously it leaked quite badly at the top of the roof.
- cooled seats not cooling - "functioning as intended", which is they still don't work. I told them to compare to a Model S, X or anything else. They checked another Cybertruck and said they were the same.
- requested tire rotation, per service schedule - was not performed as it was deemed "not needed". What?

Good luck with getting a new cant rail. I also had to fight them to the spare tire I had already paid for. Had to dig up and message a screenshot, at their request, of the invoice. Don't they have this in the system? Crazy.
Yeah, the cooled / ventilated seats seems to be an inefficient design or part (?). The ventilated seats on my wife's 2024 Model 3 is 100x better. To the point where sometimes I have to turn off the ventilation bc it's cooling so well. Meanwhile, on the CT, at full 3 'cold bacons', 90% of the time I can barely feel anything on those super hot and humid days.

So does this make it easier or harder for people to talk themselves into seat covers?
as in “this feature is already meaningless, I may as well” or “man, this barely works so maybe I shouldn’t throw another 1/4 inch of stuff on top of it.”.

Easier decision for me. I was getting tired of the all black interior after a year. Not much difference in cooled seat performance at all but at least the seats are more comfortable and, arguably, have more visual flair. Could do without the stitched Cybertruck graffiti font, but I don't hate it.

I'm the latter camp..."If the ventilated seats are this bad, putting a seat cover on it would effectively make it non-existent' lol. I'm also not the type to put seat covers on...

Those look good. I actually don’t mind the graffiti logo. It looks good on there.
When you get in the car do you immediately obviously know they are seat covers?
they look fairly seatlike.

I'll give you two honest answers:
- seat covers, to me, are always obviously seat covers
- these seat covers are nicely designed -deviated stitching on seams, seatback pocket, blow-through areas for the side airbags and tuck-in points to hide all the edges and make sure they look as OEM as seat covers can look
I still have them on my truck two months later, so that should tell you something.

Here is a quick video which will give you more perspective on installation, seams, edges, fit and finish, etc. 19 mins but you can run it at 1.5x and slow down where you want.

oh no, I go in on the 11th for a repeat issue with my restraint system. They added cant rails to my ticket. I haven't been to a service center in 10 months and I had hoped they were improved.

My cantrails are slated to get replaced tomorrow during a service visit to get the missing tonneau slat added on my May '24 AWD. I'll let you know if they say anything about it.
It was interesting last time I was in they told me my June 2024 wasn't apart of the recall.
