Tesla monitors the TCOG CTOC and noticed the fracas over the crooked wheel cover. Telephone call was to the point and courteous. I repeated my summary of re-installing the covers, saying that I was glad to have them and that I was a “Tesla Pro” now that I had watched the young lady in the Official Tesla Wheelcover Instructional Demo and felt confident that I might be able to perform similar miracle to her. We chuckled at the homicidal contributions by some members who would have handled the matter in a less DIY sufficient method. Call ended with instructions to our resident Tesla spy to stand by and stand down.

I was thrown off by TCOG as well. Reading the forum gets a bit cryptic with all the acronyms.

But it is good to hear Tesla actually reached out to you. Getting a hold of a Tesla rep is pretty difficult. I used to like the app but now I'm not very happy with it and the support for simple questions.
