Lol now they are trying to tell me i cant transfer fsd from foundation series .
So 1st my offer went from 85k to 69 and no fsd no 0% they better give me back $250 talk about bait and switch

edit

they now say now say i can transfer fsd from a foundation
Travis64. Curious why your offer went from 85 to 69k assuming it was in excellent condition. Why would they make an offer like that if they have no intentions of honoring it. I received an offer of 82,200 on my FSCT but am hesitant to place an order for a CB and pay a deposit if my final offer will be lower. My vehicle is immaculate and looks new.

No idea my truck looks good to me.the estimate trade is just not accurate so you put down the $250 and they keep it.

Tesla's estimating system was glitched for a bit. All offers were high.

That tracks. I got $73k I think and there were just under 12k miles on it. FS AWD. 2024.
Yep, same offer I got (post glitch), $73K. 10.5K miles on a FS AWD 2024.

Just got in app offer for 69,900 - 18,500 miles.
They also said that after market item may cause lower trade in value. Going to remove the step bar and submit new pictures tomorrow.

New car smell next week hopefully :))

Not sure yet. I’m in the process of checking, but I haven’t gotten an email yet. Other Trade-in estimates have come almost instantly, but it is after business hours on a Friday, so who knows.

I have a sneaking suspicion someone wants all CT owners to get a quote for theirs over the weekend so they can spin the next dumbass news story. We shall see. I’ll be the guinea pig.

For the record mine is a NonFS Beast with 20K miles.
I punched the buttons for a trade-in on my 14 month old 2024 FS with 35,000 miles. The answer was $66K. So, no new cyberbeast for me! I’ll just have to keep on driving the 2024 FS which is still as nice as the day I got it!

How does the math work assuming you've got a Foundation Series?
Mine:
I still owe 91k on the loan.
If I trade it in for 70k, I still lose 21k.
A new one costs 88000 with FSD (I don't think you get 70k if you transfer FSD)
I'm losing 18k?

You lose 21k, yes. then you have to calculate the interest you will be paying over the remaining life of your current loan and subtract that if you are getting 0%.
I don’t know what teslas policy is regarding transfer because I traded for another foundation series that came with FSD but in my case the interest saved moving from my prior loan to Tesla’s made the trade almost a wash.
Except for it also included free supercharging and a new odometer/tires.
Basically, it’s an oversimplification to ignore the loan terms if you’re financing.

Well it’s easier for me since there’s no loan.
I’m still waiting for confirmation if FSD can be transferred from Foundation Series.
If you buy under business there is $7500 commercial tax credit.
Also $1k loyalty credit

so probably around 10k loss on a 19,000 mile/1 year old truck

if FSD can be transferred it’s a no brainer for me
