i wish tesla would make a high trim level CT. I find the seats in my CT to be quite uncomfortable, the materials cheap, and the overall build quality subpar. My wife’s 23’ RR is amazing, albeit built for a different purpose, but incredibly comfortable. If you need a “work truck’ I suggest you look at a product from one of the legacy brands.

Trying to steal due to some errant software glitch or oversight is just immoral and wrong. This is why the world is in such a mess.

I placed an order for a Non-Foundation Series Cybertruck on October 4th, just 2 hours after Tesla opened up ordering for long-time reservation holders. I was excited to see that it included Lifetime Premium Connectivity; something I had on my Model S 85D and on my first Model 3. I took a screenshot of the order details and while anxiously checking back to see if I could schedule delivery, I noticed they changed it. The Lifetime Premium Connectivity silently changed to Standard Connectivity. I understand if Tesla doesn't want to offer that for Non-Foundation Series Cybertrucks, but kinda shady to pull it from someone's order after they put down additional funds.

I also place my order on 10/3/2024 for Cybertruck AWD. I added FSD and also indicated Lifetime premium connectivity. I completed my order and later got a delivery on 10/18/24. I noticed that my agreement stated Standard connectivity. I contacted Tesla and they stated that I must of got it confused with Foundation series. I told them that was not the case that it was removed after I placed my order. I kept insisting and requested to change my agreement. It was sent to corporate and my delivery date was changed pending their decision. I have my new delivery date on 10/20/24 but yet corporate has still not responded.

It depends on the situation. Retailers regularly cancel orders when a website mistake is made. Amazon has a policy specifically covering this, which states that they may, at their discretion, honor certain price mistakes on a case-by-case basis.

I'm fairly certain this was not intended, and was a case of the website text not being updated.

It's up to them if they honor it, and if they don't, I'm sure there will be 20 20-page post with everyone here arguing why that's wrong or right.
I'm thinking they could cancel the whole order to get out of honoring their mistake, but not change the terms on you unilaterally.
