Tesla Semi vs Cybertruck (News Coming?)

I found this article this morning which I found very interesting. It is very out of the blue. The Tesla Semi will start delivering in Q4. The article title said “Tesla Truck” and I thought it was about the Cybertruck, but they were referring to the Semi. What does this mean for the Cybertruck in terms of upcoming news?

The Tesla Semi has been ready for some time...minus the batteries. So if Semi deliveries are imminent, it's a good omen for 4680 production.

These are just proof trucks, though, to demonstrate that they're capable of the work, to test how they're going to do charging, etc.

Always make sure something will fit before replacing all your current things!

But it is good news that it's in a releasable form now. Last I heard, they're making them in Nevada currently since that factory had way more footprint planned than is being used (they're making more cells and packs than planned there, too, just using less space and power)
