I have 2 Teslas and a CT reservation. Iwas trying to order a Model 3 SR for our daughter this morning and once I found the right vehicle I clicked the Details button and was immediately informed that my "referral" to the person in the screen shot photo below was in place. I have no idea who this person (Ram Kumar) is but he has apparently successfully hacked THE or MY Tesla App. I looked for somewhere to report issues on the Tesla APP with no luck. No phone numbers nor email addresses were available. I called ny local service center and they transferred me to the motherships Customer Service Line. I've been on hold for 2 hrs and 49 minutes with no help or alternatives. Any suggestions? I posted my issue on X to Musk but this rather serious issue seems unreportable. WTF Tesla!!!!
