Came out of the store and saw another CT parked right next to mine, like a quiet tip of the hat.

No one ends up with one by accident. We’re not trying to be special, we're just open to something different and fun. We see little kids light up when they see it, and that echoes a spark inside us underneath all the grown-up layers. It's part toy, part spaceship, in a market full of board-approved vehicles with no true soul.

It can feel a little lonely sometimes. But then another one shows up in a parking lot and reminds you: there are others out there who remember when the iPhone came out and everyone thought it was crazy for not having buttons.

Just yesterday I was in the left turn lane at an intersection just before my arrow went green another rollled up is the front of the turn lane to the left. Had FSD on so quickly rolled down my dark tint and hit them with a ? while FSD make the turn. My inner child takes over when I see another.

I'm on here enough that sometimes I forget I'm not driving one. I still feel some kinship and excitement when I see one locally. Made sure to give an owner a thumbs up as I passed him on the toll road the other day.

Either there's a higher number of owners due to proximity to the Tesla factory, or there's one or two owners I'm frequently running into in my smaller town north of Austin. I like seeing them in the wild! If you see the Sierra EV cruising by with black plates, it's me.

Wait, I thought the official CT gesture was a middle finger?!? That explains a lot.

Even though I own two, I still marvel at its presence when one passes me on the road. It’s one thing to drive one but you can’t get the overall dominate look it has compared to the surrounding vehicles.

That’s a great way to phrase it: the presence the Cybertruck has. I was on I95 today and another was driving the opposite direction. It just stands out and looks amazing.

I stopped at a shipping store today, and another owner was unloading boxes from his vault.

He chuckled when I said “hauling with a Cybertruck? But that’s unpossible!”

Not a day goes by that Sentry doesn't catch someone stopping and gawking in awe or peering through the windows. Still get people taking selfies with it 18 months post-launch. Kids and older folks love it.
