I just feel like a bit of a burden on the service center. Just asked them if they believe replacing clips on the dash panel may be beneficial.. as they simply installed fabric tape as per the invoice. We shall see.

IP. Aka instrument panel.
1st pick is airwave module. Second is upper Ip to be removed to access airwave

See that clip in the first picture? Bottom right hand of pic. When I press right there and right under it, , it seems to go away. It does not persist, looks like the airway module is within the dash. I appreciate your input though...

It’s a couple hour job to replace airwave and recalibrate once done.
Should I mention it to the service center? I feel like since I cannot replicate it in person with a service center member in the truck, they kind of brush me off. They just offered to replace the MID Panel Assembly "if the rattle gets worse".

There is an airwave module on each side of IP. It controls airflow in cabin. Needs one or both replaced.
My Airwave module has been defective since day one. I've been avoiding repair because I don't have any rattles hahahaha

Tap on upper IP. Also move mode control for the airwave back and forth up and down on the UI . Sometimes that will cause to make a noise

I do not have any noise coming from the airwave module when moving in the UI

It seems to be coming from right next to the steering wheel between the wheel and the display.

Had the same issue. Rattle was a lack of bushing between the steering wheel shaft and the sleeve where it slides in and out for adjustment. The tech fabricated a plastic sleeve bushing and presto, no rattle. 2 hour fix. Done here in West Palm Beach. Good luck.

Just contacted the SC about the airwave module after a test drive. Hopefully that will do the trick!
